Hosting terms and conditions:

• An existing domain name on another server requires a transfer fee, an hourly fee may also apply
• All websites we design or maintain must be on Ocean Computer’s server to ensure prompt, quality service
• Hosting username and password will be made available to the client upon request
• Should hosting server downtime occur, no discount will be given and Ocean Computers is not responsible for any loss of client income during downtime
• Thirty days notice needed if the website will be canceled, if notice not given, current monthly fee will still apply
• If domain name management option not selected, Ocean Computers is not responsible for annual renewal of domain names and should it expire, an hourly fee will apply if you wish for us to reinstate it. After a certain period, we will not be able to reacquire it
• Fees are subject to change with a three month advance notice
• This contract does not cover the forum or shopping cart portion of a website (covered in a separate contract)
• If payment is past due, Ocean Computers is authorized to remove website from server, thereby making it inaccessible to the public
