Do you need a turntable to convert audio cassettes to mp3s?
I would like to convert my audio cassettes to my pc but it is not working.I would like to know if I need a turntable to transfer my tapes to my pc via audacity? I already have a soundcard and I’m recording from a stereo.I want to convert my old cassettes to my computer.
No you don’t need a turntable.
Simply connect the cassette player audio out to Line IN in your PC and use audacity to record.
