Oribitz cancelled my confirmed booking after getting authorization on credit card,Remedy?
i booked IAD-to delhi flight through Orbitz on British Airways,i was sent booking confirmed mail by British airways airline and Oribitz,Towards airfare, credit catd authorization hasalso been taken,i was allotted seat nos also,Now Oribitz cancelled booking on the pretxt seats are not avialble
now they say they have cancelled the authorization on credit card,But in fact they donot want to sell the ticket at the rate already agreed by them
If you printed your confirmation take it to British Airways and show them. Ask for either a seat free of charge (since you already paid) or ask them to reimburse you. If you have proof they really won’t have an argument.
