If you have a tape with you, you should first take out the magnetic tape by removing the screws of the tape, spools and other parts of the tape. Using a wire cutter, you should take away any overhanging parts present in the tape that can hinder your way when storing your cash and other items in the wallet. Close the tape in such a way that all the joint and the edges of the tape meet.

After placing the tape on a flat surface in such a way that it rests on a wider lengthwise edge with the side up that is used to read by the machine, you should carve a hole out of it lengthwise using the wire cutters so that the hole appears in the two halves of your tape. The size of the hole should be that small that is enough to hold a rubber band that will be explained in next to no time. Now, tape out the tape and put them on the two sides of the hole in such a way that it appears to form a hinge. After inserting a rubber band through the rectangular hole that you have made with the wire cutters so that the half of it projects out, you should put some money to the inside of the rubber band in the tape. The next process is closing the two halves on such a way that the outside half of the inserted rubber band is pulled outside and let the rest of that tape be enclosed in it.
