The information you provide will appear on the main page of your website. You do not have to provide a layout, unless you already know how you want it to appear. (Feel free to mail a seperate sketch to the address at the top of this form)
Information you may want to supply would include text describing your services/products, pictures, links to other websites, contact information, etc. Any of this information can be changed, or e-mailed to us.

Search Engine Optimization:

Search Engine Optimization is a must if you want your website to be found in the search results of major search engines. The information you list below will be seen by search engines such as the following: Google, Yahoo, MSN, Ask and AOL. This will not be viewable on the webpage itself, but hidden in the design code. The keywords you list will be for your whole website, not just the homepage. Having important, relevant keywords match the text on your pages will make your page rank higher with search engines. We can also pull out keywords from the text you supply for the pages. Additionally, we can add more detailed information to other pages on your site after the initial site design. With this service, we will provide a site map. If you would like detailed traffic statistics for your site, we can provide up to the minute reports for an additional fee.

Assuming monthly payment is up to date, Ocean Computers guarantees Website hosting on a high speed dedicated server including:

• Up to 1 GB of Website storage
• Up to 50 GB of bandwidth per month
• Up to 10 E-mail accounts
• E-mail forwarding
• Multiple Domain Names
• Domain name forwarding
• Local support
• Optional application installations such as forums, shopping carts and blogs

Terms and conditions

An existing domain name(s) on another server requires transfer fees; an hourly fee may also apply. All websites designed or maintained by an Ocean Computers designer must be hosted on an Ocean Computers server to ensure prompt, quality service. The hosting username and password will be made available to the client upon request. Should hosting server downtime occur, no discount will be given to the client and Ocean Computers is not responsible for any loss of client income during downtime. Thirty days written notice needed if the hosting will be cancelled. If written notice not given, current monthly fee may still apply if domain name management option not selected, Ocean Computers is not responsible for annual renewal of domain name unless Domain name management option is selected and payment is up to date. Hosting rates are subject to change. If payment is past due, Ocean Computers is authorized to disable website thereby making it inaccessible to the Internet. Ocean Computers reserves the right to cancel hosting service if illegal material is uploaded to the server by the customer as defined by http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pubs/buspubs/ruleroad.htm

I also confirm that the information supplied in the above forms is accurate and I am authorized to create or change information that will be hosted. I also agree that I am the owner or representative of the domain name(s) listed. If domain name management is not purchased through Ocean Computers, I acknowledge that I am responsible for renewing the domain name(s) listed. If the listed domain name(s) expire, it is my responsibility to re-acquire the listed domain name(s) or purchase new domain name in order to resume hosting.
